TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• BY PURCHASING THIS PACKAGE, THE AGENCY/CLIENTS AGREES TO THE COMPANY’S TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
• DOWN PAYMENT/RESERVATION FEE is NON-REFUNDABLE.
• FULL PAYMENT BEFORE THE TRAVEL (NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE, NON-RE BOOKABLE, NON-REROUTABLE)

IMPORTANT NOTE:

• BOOK AND BUY, Upon Acknowledgement of Deposit receipt, booking is considered confirmed and final.
• A booking confirmation will be send to your email as proof of reservation and Booking Deposit should be settle on or before the deadline indicated in Billing Statement.
• All bookings, once PAID and FINALIZED are Non-refundable, Non re bookable, Non re routable, and Non-transferable.
• Any unused part or full of this booking shall not be refunded.
• If the minimum group number is not met, The Tour Operator has the right to cancel or reshedule the Tour.
• Full payment must be settled within 30 days before the departure date or what is stated in the SOA. The company reserves the right to cancel your booking reservation if you failed to pay the balance within 30days before the travel date. The deposit will be forfeited.
• In the case of FORCE MAJEURE, rebooking is allowed subject for approval, availability, and rate differential of the same airline, tour, and hotel. A REFUND IS NOT AN OPTION.
• In the event of a sudden adjustment to the flight schedule made by the airline, the clients are expected to follow the new set schedule.
• E-tickets and Other Documents like Visa and Etc. will be release 3-5 Days before the departure dates.
• For the pax who cannot pass the immigration process in any International airport, the tour cost is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-reroutable, and non- re-bookable.
• For Travel Insurance, Once Travel Insurance Policy issued, Payment is non refundable, non transferable and No Cancellation of Booking.
• Once the Group Tourp did not met the Target number of paxs. We will Refund the payment to Client.
